Band indeed goes absurdly hard live. Saw them in a small club a few years ago and thought the roof was gonna collapse. Quite possibly the heaviest grooves I've ever seen.

Last week I saw POD on Monday, Helmet and Cro Mags on Tuesday, and Strung Out and Casualties on Saturday, all at the same venue.
All the bands kicked major ass, but Casualties absolutely slaughtered. Best live band Ive seen.

Helmet at full pomp makes tinnitus worth it. You can't listen to stuff like Turned Out or Iron Head at medium volume.
