Probably cause they're literally the only worthwhile "nu-metal." The label becomes a detractor. Not really comparable to the others in the genre.

i use ss (p2p) so it downloads per song and right when the second song downloaded i skipped smile and listened to that... and i was still so damn disappointed haha

yup. smile is pretty badass and destroys most of songs on gore.
silver lining for me is i checked their fb page and frank delgado recorded his parts on the 1st of april so i hope they are almost wrapping the new album

i get that Eros holds a special place, but i really wish they would release it in honor of Chi, instead of keeping it under wraps. that seems opposite of what legacy is all about
