This is by far the best attempt at adding bass to this album I've come across. No overplaying, not obscenely high in the mix, and its even finger picked like how cliff would play it.

In an interview with Lars in 1991, he said the black album “doesn’t have a specific theme, whereas you could say the Justice album was political, and Puppets was about manipulation and control, and Lightning had a lot of things about death”.

Then he went on to say the black album is mostly about James and “just shit he’s been through in his life, a couple of things. He deals with religion and a couple more personal things for him”. I suppose we knew all that but interesting wrap anyways
