i mostly reorder like every album for fun regardless of whether i think it needs it or not lol. in the case of daisy, it's mostly just because out of range is one of my fav bn songs and i wanted to see how i could put it on an album

That's cool, I remember printing & making a little CD for the Fight Off Your Demons demos when I was younger. I had a lil lyric booklet and everything, just coz I needed it as an album.

I can't bring myself to reorder tracks or anything though, unless it's part of a compilation CD. Then, hell yh, it's fun as fuck.

"How can you 5 something and have an 'improved' version of the album?"

I have re-ordered versions of everything, even my absolute favorites. Also there's no such thing as a perfect album.

I feel like there's maybe a handful of albums ive jammed that i wouldnt improve somehow. Whether it's reorganizing the track order or removing a track. I can't be that stringent because a truly perfect album may not exist and so often little imperfections make an album unique.

This is a 5 for me but there are track i skip so i guess by most standards it's not a 5 lol? Although those tracks i skip aren't bad i just dont care for them anymore

Yeah idk, different strokes & rating systems and stuff.

Personally, if I'm listening to an album, I never really skip songs. I like to experience the album as an entire cohesive whole and rate it as such. To me, it's like, you wouldn't take someones painting and start rearanging the design of it because it might look better that way.

It's not that serious though! As I said, different strokes, just as long as you dig whatever form of the album you choose, that's all that matters!

Ive never really thought about rating a painters work though the ocular sense is so much different than the auditory. I enjoy Judith Beheading Holofernes as much as Crucifixion of St. Peter both hard 5s. But i find Bacchus pretty overrated

Of course i could dissect my enjoyment down to shading, use of light, subject matter and so on..but i digress
