Nihil quam vacuitas ordinatum est would like a word. Disgorged from Psychotic Depths might be a contender, too, but I have a hard time comparing that to straight up death metal albums when it has so much doom in the mix, too.

I've listened to it intermittently over the last year or so with the nagging impression that my knee-jerk 3.0 rating is probably too low, and I still do think it is, but have yet to consume it with enough of my undivided attention that I'd feel comfortable bumping it.
No way is it going to eclipse Nihil, though.
