I mean, "just", sure, but his art style has always been collages of photography and paint so it's pretty much what's expected from him. And how many people do we know that could replicate the cover and booklet artwork with the same level of quality?

I feel the Wishing Well / Damages combo is under-appreciated, I have no idea if it actually is (now), just sensing it might be. People mostly discuss the opening / closing runs, from memory.
I do feel like certain parts of this album can be reduced to 'hey, this riff sounds cool' but boy, do they somehow pull it off, because essentially it lives and dies on whether you agree.

There’s a photo of a model that looks almost 1:1 like Jane, lighting and all. I don’t remember what Jacob said exactly, but he said for years that it was a completely original creation not based off anyone in particular.
But I’m with lelle, his artwork is unmistakable. Who cares?

It just fits so well with the persona I imagine of him. Converge has such insanely talented musicians and I feel bannon is always trying to justify being there. Bad vocalist, but hey he does the art work and is a good frontman so it evens out?
