It just proves that which we've seen in pop music. It doesn't matter if you're a lousy singer, we have autotune for that. It doesn't matter if you're a lousy musician, people don't notice mistakes, simply ignore them or cannot hear them over their screaming of the lyrics at a show. It doesn't matter if you're a lousy songwriter. Most people don't care that much about lyrics and the ones who do just spin it in such a way that it has a special meaning to them. Horrible bands such a Imagine Dragons and Sleep Token have millions of fans worldwide.
