I think the musicianship within Trivium is fantastic, I know they're basically just a clone of Metallica and have maybe taken their appreciation of them too far, but at the end of the day no band is different from another band, at least not nowadays. I'm going to see them tonight supporting Maiden and I'm expecting a fine performance. Tread the Floods is a great song IMO and all the other songs are great (apart from Becoming the Dragon which bored me a fair bit.)This Message Edited On 12.17.06

theyre two totally diff bands but each one is amazing. unfortunately protest the hero only played 4 songs cuz the singer was stoned and they were missing their lead guitarist (he was arrested for drugs). they did a killer job when they covered Propagandhi's "F*** the Border"
