I would just read the prodromal symptoms and stop if you're starting to have them. I don't think you have much to worry about though. My issues started after starting my desvenlafaxine and after hitting my DHV every night for a few months. Most people who end up with CHS have been years-long heavy users or people who are always hitting concentrates/dabs and don't eat or drink water. We just don't know much about these sorts of effects since the feds refuse to reschedule it to let more research happen.
