I’ll check Heavenly Blue. Can somebody give me a list of some good screamo from this year? This site really needs a screamo tag, post hardcore is such a vague description. In no universe is something like this or the new State Faults in the same genre as something like At The Drive In lmfao

HB sounds too intense Deftonesy for me but for others that'll be a good thing. I'll try and work my way thru the rest of those recs Uzu. Haven't even heard of a lot of those bands.

“ Holy shit good looks Uzumaki I got some stuff to check out”

Yeah we must’ve posted at the exact same time because I didn’t see that list. Good shit man, I have homework

I will say from that list everyone should check out Glassing. They’re amazing and I got to see them live, maybe 20 or so people but they did not give a fuck and they absolutely killed

Yeah didn’t even know they existed 24 hours ago and jammed their new album a few times and it’s some really good shit. Nice contrast from the longer form “proggier” I guess bands like State Faults.

Maybe it’s just me but I feel like the last few years has been a massive resurgence for screamo and I’m so fucking here for it
