It's a really nice gif, love BR =).

"Shellstar, Lament for Wasps, Villain, The Gnashing, and Mombasa are my frontrunners after two listens but this whole thing is breathtaking"

I would add In Blur and Great Mass of Color to it, so yeah my frontrunners are the whole fucking album pretty much =) I might bump the score a little.

Some of the vocal lines randomly sound very 80s, in a not weird way.

Mature take, such as some of the vocals.

This is honestly growing on me. There’s some great musicianship here and some really gorgeous sections. It’s a pretty bottom heavy album that gets better as it goes and his singing can be pretty plain but in the end I take back what I said it being a regression. There’s plenty of passion to be found here (:

Really nice take Mongi, glad you like it! There's real passion and effort on this album and it's palpable.

This one will take a few listens. I'm both intrigued by it but also at risk of being bored by it. Definitely not as immediately taken by it as I was with Wildhund.

His singing is fine, it's cookie cutter post-punk vocals.

Think I was too harsh on this. Still think In Blur is a bit meh but it fits in well with the album.

Are there other shoegaze albums like this with like actually good drums? Think that's why this stands out to me so much

Aside from Mombasa and Villain, this album objectively blows.

So if the song doesn't have growls or harsh parts sucks, huh? I think you're objectively wrong :D

I definetly need more than one listen for this. Could be anything between amazing and derivative
