I'm also grateful that Wilson releases instrumental versions of his albums as well, wish more artists would do that.

It is a great song and worthy of being in a list of his best songs

Listening to this always just makes me want to go back to early No-Man records
Wild Opera/Dry Cleaning Ray was peak electronic SW

Love King Ghost yeah, fantastic track

Much of this resembles ‘90s No-Man in a more streamlined way yeah, especially King Ghost.

The best of this is in the b sides wtf
Edit: More like "material that's way better than most songs off this", but you get the idea. King Ghost is king

Hey Talons, I try to use your playlist, but I can't find Hey Sleeper on Spotify. Where did you find that one?

Some of the b-sides are real gems yeah. Hey Sleeper doesn’t seem to be on Spotify for some reason. Exactly why my playlists are in iTunes; laugh and call me elderly all you want, but thats how I did it growing up, and owning all my favorite music means I have all the songs and not beholden to streaming companies’ shortcomings!…. But I do use Spotify a lot too.
New song Economies of Scale is real nice, sounds a lot like King Ghost.

Every Kingdom Falls makes a fine closer too
Quite an ambient with this alternative track order

Harmony Codex is pretty great, had only heard one single before out of the four, and three of those are album highlights for me, along with the longer songs, the t/t and Staircase.

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it. The whole thing has somewhat of an electronic post-rock vibe, with a bunch of cinematic buildups and what not. Very much feels like an exercise in texture and worldbuilding

Harmony Codex could very well be SW's most cinematic record to date, which is kind of awesome tbh

^ Yep. I'm doing the writeup for it now, and I'll be focusing a lot on that cinematic angle

Not sure how i'm feeling on it yet. Though i can tell it was quite an effort in production quality

Still haven't listened yet. Kind of excited for a SW album in quite a while tbh. TFB and C/C were some letdowns

I slightly prefer C/C if you include the bonus tracks.
