Rap Songs is just so run of the mill for that style of lofi, sloppy, minimal hip-hop

it isn't perfect and very few people praised it as such. I personally really connect with it. it is vapid and soul crushing. though if the mood is not right for any of his new music it will just come off as boring

it's darker, danker, and punchier, but pretty much the entire blah records / brick pelican / cult of the damned / children of the damned / cult mountain squad and everyone they roll with been crushing it with the minimal, glacial paced, scrub life hip-hop this decade
