New Bermuda is a weird one where there are things I really like and some parts I dislike in each song. BttW is probably the smoothest and best written songwriting-wise.

Been listening to lots of Deafheaven this month and furthering audio editing skills by cutting all the bm vocals sections from the songs so I can play them when I’m just in the mood for post-rock/wall-of-sound shoegazing, and also to expose and play their music to friends and family who don’t dig extreme metal.
I did the same for Opeth, maudlin of the Well/Kayo Dot, and most recently Agalloch, Fen, The Contortionist, and a few Alcest songs too.
This is near the level of Sunbather for me, each song is excellent in its own right. You You Without End, Honeycomb, Near, and Worthless Animal are among their best.
