Honestly though, how have I never checked this band out? I guess I like the older records more but this is still really nice

if you like this you'll also dig keep you which in reality is really bland too

the first two are awesome, especially the lack long after (it's just barely skramz too despite whatever hawks is telling so don't worry)

Fake Lightning is easily one of the top 10 songs this band ever wrote. Anyone who says it isn't good is clearly just butthurt

plenty of threads. and it's really just post-hardcore with strong post-rock vibes but i guess that's a little nitpicking. at least we agree that it's an amazing album

TLLA is pretty good but it’s a bit much at times. It’s negativity feels soo grating and forced that it comes across as not genuine to me at many points.

ButtBoy, this is gonna blow your mind, the song is not called Fake Lightning, it's called Fake Lighting, it took me a very long time to realize this.

I sympathize I’m not saying that. I’m just saying I’ve heard that type of thing dealt with so much better. To each their own.

To say it's forced though, I'm not sure about that. Feels like a pretty real and emotional release of inner demons.

It also didn’t really help that I’m not a fan of his vocal delivery haha the overall vibe wasn’t really my cup of tea. Can’t love everything :/

Naturally, opinions always differ. Just not on the same page when referring to the delivery as disingenuous.

Yeah that's weird. I thought it was Fake Lightning too but that doesn't make any sense.

Forever Sound is real nice though.

Honestly I feel like this album got a lot of hate for not being skramzy. I like it a lot better for the mellower vibe. Oh well.

Decided to give it another listen today.

It's grown on me quite a bit since my previous two listens, although it's still my least favourite Pianos album.
