I can't keep up with this thread, but Broken By Light crushes so hard. This is growing on me more and more, and I already thought this was one of their better efforts.

Mayhem, Lucker's vox were top notch for dxc- especially on their first album. Most people would probably agree with me. Also he wasn't an especially bad guy, but he did some stupid shit the night he died from what I read. Walked out on his wife and kid shitfaced to hop on a motorcycle because he was angry.

Yeah, A Single Tear is one hell of an opener. Love how the two closing tracks come together at the end. The singles off this album sound even better in context. Bannon's vocals really impressed me on this; he sounds rejuvenated.

Agreed, I didn't expect it to be this good either. This and Axe to Fall are tied for third for me. AtF was a blast to listen to because of the fun guest appearances.

@DarkSide I was just a little weary after All We Love, while I thought that album was good it didn't really stick with me. That just boils down to personal taste though. This has some moments that really make my head spin.
