Plus I dunno if it's really legit to compare Maiden to QR.

Plus people can't always agree on what constitutes a "bad album",
although I'll accept that Maiden prob had nothing DtC level bad.
Also Queensryche was very consistent up to the early 90's imo, 'twas
the radio rock phenomenon of that time that brought them down like
Metallica, Megadeth and other bands of the time.

I would agree with their consistency up until 1994, then they released their first weak album three years later, or at least
Danny would agree it is a letdown about a decade after Mindcrime and Rage.

Also, Maiden was a pretty massive influence on the Ryche, and they sounded pretty similar before Mindcrime, so I think comparing them is pretty fair.
