It may be poignant in writing, but its execution was awful. Mess just sounds like he was just ranting instead of singing in People You Know.

Mess isn't an awesome vocalist, or lyricist agreed, but for everytime he fucks it up (S/T, DBM2, all Tillian era albums) there are thoSe moments when he gets his shit together and fucking kills it, finally doing what he should have done all along. ..
