Hadn't listened to these guys in forever, but listening to the remaster of The Flesh Prevails and this back to back, this is still leagues ahead of TFP

Fallujah is a city in the Al Anbar province of Iraq that at the time of the bands formation sustained thehighestconcentration ofdestruction and casualties on both sides of the fighting. The members of Fallujah have lived the majority of their lives inthepost 9/11 world growing upwith the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as observing the tension between East and West and religiousturmoil. The city of Fallujah represents thepinnacle of tensions, hostility and destruction that has come to define the world we live in. To claimthat theband has no knowledge of what went on thereor is disrespectful is simply an uninformed opinion and irrelevant to the true message oftheband. (from their Facebook)

Deadwing42 sound off put it better than I could ever muster:
"This one took a lot of listening to really grow on me, and I still sort of feel like I am ranking it a bit highly, but I just really love the headspace this album puts me in. It's strange, because the individual songs here are really not all that great; none of them hold a candle to any individual track on The Flesh Prevails, and that honestly probably goes for Empyrean, too. But Dreamless has this remarkable flow to it; all the songs really do sound the same, but when I treat the album as giant song, I find a really enveloping and strangely soothing atmosphere. It is a very listenable album in a way that sets it apart within its genre."
