I'm sure the debate is older than dirt, but this album seemed to start (or perpetuate) the very snobbish debate about inhaled screams versus exhales. I remember people bitching about how the vocalist couldn't have been using solely exhales because the talent required for someone as young as him was too much. It was also my first experience tearing my throat to shreds trying the two options by myself in a car.
