Disagree. D'Angelo's cover of Cruisin by Smokey on Brown Sugar is amazing

I didnt say im against covers. I just think they should release it as a single or put it on a compilation record or something.

god this is so fucking good. perfect mix of heavy crunchy riffs and really catchy hooks and just pure fun. bonded by blood is awesome for very different reasons but baloff who i do like does start to grate a bit and is a bit inconsistent song to song. i really like what souza brings here, lots of punch in his delivery.
plus gary holt's fucking riffs man. quintessential crunchy thrash, still sounds heavy today. honestly this is close to a 5. first 3 songs are like peak thrash. need more time with the rest.
