Honestly think this album would be rated a lot higher by most if the engineering didn’t sound like a muddled mess. Definitely had a dark vibe of its own that’s really cool. Despite that it has the unmistakeable and lovely DT flavor all over it. Listening to the album now as a matter of fact.

Is it really a DT album if Sundin didn't do the cover art?
(Though that would disqualify Skydancer and The Gallery, too)

Character cover art is great. The original Fiction cover art, though simple, was classy as well.

i dont mind any of those but when i think of great cover art i certainly dont think of any dt albums

Both versions of the We Are the Void art are pretty lame. The Fiction art might be just the logo but it’s set against a neat abstract backdrop that looks almost like a desolate landscape and perfectly compliments the album. And the tour edition has some weird angels or something on it that I like a lot

I think the tour edition is fine. Problem is that the 3D object in the center clashes with the illustration, in a way that's reminiscent of Sundin's early-00's work (see: Reroute to Remain cover).
I think Moment takes it for best DT cover. Gallery, Character, and Fiction vibe hard, too, and match the music of those albums well. All DT covers are great to varying degrees imo.

I want to check that link out but I don't want to ruin Moment's cover for myself.
