I don't know if there is a more emotionally bare metalcore album than Define the Great Line in the past 5 years

Well, just discussing the most emotionally-dry metalcore album ever... that album was made by talentless robots.

I think the phrase "emotionally bare" means something other than what you think...haha.

A trio of songs follow, “We Are the Involuntary”, “The Created Void”, “Coming Down is Calming Down” that are absolutely unmemorable. Along with “A Fault Line, A Fault of Mine” they are the Achilles Heel of the album, creating a sense of genericism within the record. They don’t really differentiate themselves much, and just contain standard Underoath songwriting. It’s on these tracks the lack of heavy sections is apparent, and while there are interesting moments strewn throughout them, there is nothing that hooks the listener into really paying attention to them.

--you sir are a nimrod. I have We Are The Involuntary stuck in my head right now. And I can promise you, any of those other three songs have been stuck in my head at several different points. They are great. You really need to open your ears more when you do your reviews. I'm not just saying this because I'm a big Underoath fan. I legitimately think that you are in no way, shape, fashion, or form, a proper candidate to be reviewing albums. You have a very close minded musical taste.

I also don't really see how the Created Void isn't memorable. That song is one of my favorites off this album and very unique in Underoath's discography. The other two I usually skip though.
