I was gonna say, this deserves to be higher than it is. 3.7 or 3.8 at least.

Also, bought this on vinyl last night and so excited for it to arrive.

That bit in Radio Bye Bye being so annoying unfortunately takes a whole point off the ratings here

Nah to be honest I think what let’s this down is not having any huge songs. There’s no Welcome Home or Keeping Secrets and even Black Rainbow had Juggernaut which was anthemic without being cheesy (the usual line Coheed need to navigate)

I prefer the Afterman albums to this one honestly

Feathers, t/t, End Complete 3 and 5 and even Gravemakers are all up with Welcome Home for me (and better than anything on YOTBR), but I can get vibing the first Afterman and the two good songs on the second harder

Nice to see a bit of Coheed bumping anyway, don’t think I listened to Unheavenly Creatures so that’s reminded me.

Makes me sad that the site defaults to a 2.3 review for Descension and a 3 review for IKSOSE, seriously underrated!

Unheavenly Creatures is really fun! Haven't jammed it in a while, but the highlight tracks are great and it flows pretty well for an album that bloated - it'd probs sit around the middle of my ranking, so defs worth checking :]

And yeaaaaaah that's less than ideal, but Hanson was/is a huge Mars Volta fan so you don't have to take him too seriously on bands like Coheed
