Senn HD25s are my old headphones, they packed in a couple of years back after a good 3-4 years of constant service. Miss them. Never had a better pair since.

Yeah man they rule so hard. Thinking about buying a spare pair just because.
Grreeaaat profile pick btw! Nina is the best.

Do it. You never know when you'll lose sound in one ear, which is what happened to mine. Been thinking recently about investing in some Momentum 2.0s, but tbh I dunno if I can justify splashing out that much on a hobby that is becoming less and less interesting.
Thanks. She is.

Momentum 2.0s look like they can be bought for £175-ish, which sound pretty good to me. I've always been sceptical of wireless headphones though, surely they need charging A LOT? I also imagine my phone battery would be absolutely ravaged.
I should revisit the rest of CT's discog, usually I just spin this or Treasure.

I really enjoyed Blue Bell Knoll yesterday. Will jam the others today (if Darkthrone releases hold of me that is)

Honestly, everything from Head over Heels to this is very good.

Beginning to suspect that too.

I have the majority of their stuff at 3.5+ (wasn't sold on the last 2), but I do think this and Treasure are on a different level.

Victorialand is almost on Treasure's level for me, but neither of them are close to this

Victorialand is one of my least favourites of theirs

Treasure is so so so good.

Treasure is wonderfully consistent, definitely more than Victorialand. That one has several songs that feel underwritten, but the soundscapes are some of their best and Lazy Calm is quintessential dream pop.
This is also the proper place to mention Tiny Dynamine and Echoes In a Shallow Bay, two EPs released around the time of Victorialand. They have some of their best 80s tracks as well

Nice! I'll make sure to check those EPs too.

Gotta make my 4000th comment here because it's still my favorite album. 10/10 would give it a very long cuddle if it was a person.
