The remaster of this album sucks big time, the noise of the rhythm guitars was suppressed and the leads were upped in the mix, to the point where this sounds like adult oriented melodic death metal.

the new remaster is very very very good
improves upon many annoying details i felt off about in the original.
reducing the volume of the background guitars and stray noise was the most noticeable thing, but the clarity and balancing of different instrument tracks is my favorite. and the clearer vocals.

The rating being 0.6 lower than The Gallery feels wrong. These two are very close in quality imo. Insanity's Crescendo is a top tier melodeath song.
