I may in the future. I'll spend more time on it, regardless I try to stray away from rating recent highly rated albums. Depressing seeing how low the charts get sometimes.

Is there anything in Ulcerate’s discography that is much more cohesively structured than this? I realize they occupy that dissonant space of dm like Gorguts (who I love), but there are transcendent moments here that are interrupted by what sounds like jumbled muddy chaos. Would like to try another one.

You're not gonna find them much more cohesive than this, I think. This is a more melodic album by a not so melodic band and those "transcendent" moments are more emphasized here than on previous records. The jumbled muddy chaos is where they live, usually.
