Didn't you literally say that this is closer to, or a potential 4.5 on the last page lmao

Haha I don't think I could handle a double album from tool. Satisfied with their typical experimental endings.

Dream theater could made it twice, (although last one was a complete failure)

Tool can play that game as well.

Yea I was relistening to it today and honestly not so sure this will ever be a 4.5 for me. Not like it matters lmao. I know I said that yesterday but I guess yesterday was more of a 'glass half full' kinda day for me haha

Dude Lateralus is literally my favorite Tool song.

I dunno, there aren’t really any songs I dislike here. But if I had to pick one, I would probably go with Ticks and Leeches. Fantastic song, but I’ve never really felt like it fit with the album (same with The Pot) and it’s dwarfed by how amazing the other songs are.

The Patient is great, gimme some of that crack y’all are smoking.

Yeah this has some very zen, mind expanding lyrics, then ticks is a bit of lashing out. But that also makes it a bit more human in some ways.

I mean The Patient is still good. But it's my least favorite, not counting the interludes

Yah they're much more relevant and work into the direction of the album, love the eastern sounding Eon Blue Apocalypse

>Guys, it's okay for him to not like it.

Sure, it's just a bummer that he would disgrace himself like this.

For sure. The Patient is top tier, right there with The Grudge, Schism, Parabol/a, Ticks, Lateralus, disposition, reflection and triad.

Guys i saw them live yesterday, Maynard didn't talk as expected but overall a great gig with amazing stage production.

The thing that baffled me the most however was that Altered Course by Isis (!!) was played in the background, in it's complete form even before the show started

The Tool dudes love Isis. Didn't they handpick then to support on one tour?
