It won't be the same without the other guys. If this was, say, Death, yeah Chuck could take it but he wrote a vast majority of the material. Dave received a lot of help from his band mates. The band will just be a shade of their former selves. Plus, each will still have their own project to make music, it's not like it's the end of the world.

It's just to respect the art.

Erik is recently married so I imagine that facet of his life is the cause of his leaving the band.

And Blake/Frank's drumming/bass wasn't anything extraordinary so there's a possibility they can recover.

Or maybe Dave can just join Bloodshot Dawn because they've been losing members left and right and need someone who can shred. lol
