Tbh I think it very well could be (at least for the first week of an album's release).

Usually with big releases like this the site is flooded with reviews, so all the comments are divided among like six threads and it takes a bit for one thread to overtake the others... but in this instance this surprisingly still the only review for the album so literally all the comments are flooded to this thread. Could've swore Gore had like two pages of reviews in its' first week even.

I'm sure Science Fiction, A Moon Shaped Pool, and Fear Inocwhateverthefuck all reached similar/greater comment counts in their first week, but not all in one thread like this.

I've seen a lot of people itt comment on how "this is the most active the sites been in years" or whatever, but I find the complete lack of reviews from literally anyone but Sowing this late in the game to be a little disturbing for the site's future.

I could write reviews, but I'd literally be the guy from The Critic that goes 'It stinks!' or the opposite.

It is nice to see a few lurkers come out of the virtual woodwork and post a comment... Even if they are shit posting. Album is solid as hell, and I love the snaps.

I've been hiding in the shadows a bit, but it seems like this site is returning to form. Well, minus the very brief obsession with Taylor Swift and the flash in the pan of The Dixie Chicks.

Damn looks like I missed the discussion on depression. Sorry if this isn't a good time, but just know you guys aren't alone. In fact, mine is worse than ever and this has honestly been one of the shittiest weeks of my entire life. I have never felt so insignificant. Seems we're all goin through something in these trying times. Stay strong boys m/

Damn, Jay. I remember you from back in the day. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling. I was doing social work with a focus on peer support until Covid shit the collective bed. Now I run a grocery store. It's very depressing because I'm not doing what I'm passionate about. I'd love to talk... I'm just trying to figure out how to give you my cell without a thousand teenagers flooding my inbox.
