They have been ace-ing their live performances this tour, more so than they have in the last 10 years at least. The shows are phenomenal.



I'm hoping they do another european leg later this year or next year, cause I won't be able to see them this summer.

Yeah I did man, the interludes drag it down but some of Tool's best work is on there, no doubt.

I've never understood how anyone actually cares so much about interludes on a Tool album that it significantly decreases his rating tbh.



Aenima in particular I feel like has a lot of fantastic material and I don't mind hearing the occasional interlude/ or I just skip it and it doesn't really affect the quality of the album and the rest of the songs.

I'm not that big on Aenima either, and it has worsened for me over the years. I'm probably at 4 still, but its mostly that several of the songs really don't do much for me.



Also, I saw them last week and they fucking slayed. Just as good as in '07, and Maynard sounded great.
