my feelings have remained exactly the same on this - the instrumentals and production are excellent and Kanye's lyrics are mostly drivel and often cringe inducing, but they're so batshit-off-the-wall that it fits
I dunno, overall it's just a pretty fun time

I honestly don't know how I went from loving nearly all of this to only really loving 4 tracks (Black Skinhead, New Slaves, Bound 2 and Blood On The Leaves) while finding the rest either annoying or decent if I'm in a good mood but it is what it is
