Kid A as a whole isn't about the guitar work though. It's about the mood, the hopelessness, the claustrophobic atmosphere. It's almost hard to believe that traditional electric guitar comes in half way through the album and even then it's still kind of muffled.

Summary for the Jane Doe review by Flatley; with "Converge" replaced by "Radiohead" and "Jane Doe" by "Kid A".
[Radiohead] create a masterpiece with their album [Kid A], which is an album that people who embrace it, will not forget it.
True of basically any album but especially for this one in my opinion. Although the last "it" still doesn't quite sit right with me.

HTDC is an other worldly song. It's crazy, the string towards the end are overwhelmingly evocative.

In Limbo used to register as nothing more than an interlude but now that shit is like the quintessential Radiohead song, fucks me up proper

In Limbo is sick yeah. People need to get on the title track more though that's like my favourite on the album but so many people see it as just an ambient interlude type track.
Naw.
