It's weird, you wouldn't think I'd find preferring the two other main songs over Dogs so absurd seeing as I think this whole album is pretty much perfect but I actually don't think this would be my favourite Floyd album (or as strong a 5 rating) if Dogs was on the same level in terms of quality as the other two. Dogs is just on a whole other level that lifts the album from brilliant to one of the best albums I've ever heard.

Maybe I overreacted, it is true, I don't like the tone of the guitar in Dogs, but it still an excellent song overall (it's no like the guitar is the only thing that matters on the song), But I still think Sheep and Pigs are better

And I'm still left scratching my head.

Dogs possibly has Gilmour's best ever guitar playing.
