possibly, but I don't think so just based off of the rollercoaster of emotions I would get throughout the weeks. not so much now thankfully, the peaks have definitely reduced.

can you be mdd and bpd tho?

I think depression and bipolar disorder get mixed up a lot in diagnoses. I have taken antidepressants on and off for most of my life because I was diagnosed with (major) depression. And most of the time they just made me feel worse. It wasn’t until I started taking mood stabilizers for bipolar depression did medication help me in any way. I know there are different types of bipolar disorder as well, and mine tends to lean toward the depression side of things, but it was never really explained to me until a couple of years ago that antidepressants can make you worse off if you are taking them with untreated bipolar depression.

Oh yeah, PCPs (generalist docs) get bipolar or depression wrong all the time. If you can afford a psychiatrist, would recommend that.

It's funny how in comments SNW is usually considered their best or one of, but it's their 6th in rating.

"can you be mdd and bpd tho?"

different forms of depression and bpd are not usually diagnosed together. however they are often misdiagnosed or mixed up due to similarities of symptoms.

It's so fucked up that you have to AFFORD as psychologist. Shouldn't proper mental healthcare be a citizen's right in a society??

Also, I feel like SNW is a better way to go as a new Deftones listener than DE but you can't go wrong with either.

SNW best Deftones and Beware/Cherry Waves is best double hit of any Deftones album ever

This however, is the closest they’ve got to their glory days since imo.
