Because Wallonia used to be the blooming region during the time they had the big mines there and at that time everything was in french and everyone who spoke dutch was basically a 'peasant'
then the mines closed and Wallonia's economy collapsed at which point the dutch community started getting educated and now Flanders is a blooming economy and Wallonia is poor
tl;dr the french speaking community used to suppress us and now its the other way around
also, the south has a strong socialist tradition while the north is now enthralled by this new party, the New-Flemish Alliance which is basically a bunch super right wing neo-liberalist separatists who want to turn Flanders into a copy of germany and they are getting about 35-40% of the flemish votes atm

This album (like all yeezy solo LPs) shits on his G.o.o.d music albums.
I gotta say i think this is kanyes worst LP hes ever made. It just full of bangers that are meant to be played at clubs and stuff... Its just not a peaceful listen at all.
