I find the context in which you listen to an album such as this to be paramount. It won't mean nearly as much if you're listening to it as background music or on a sunny day when you don't have a care in the world. You have to completely immerse yourself in it and be in the proper emotional state for it to have the proper effect

This album still brings the feels after all this time. And the feels when I saw them in concert last

month were the most feeliest feels I've ever felt.

As long as this exists, this sunshine and this cloudless sky, and as long as I can enjoy it, how can I be sad?

I didn't think I could possibly love this record more, and then I saw it performed live. Yeah, context helps you find a jumping off point on a record and connect with it, but this record will always be a little bit more "something" than anything else.

I regard it as my favorite record, ever.

It was sold out at my venue as well. Had to buy them on stubhub for way too goddamn much but it was totally worth it.
