Seriously, Marrow is so good.

Everything here bounces and is full of energy and super catchy grooves. Love it.

I might consider it a top ten Shug track honestly, it's like Pravus all over again lol.

Yeah fantastic tune. Demiurge is up there too, among their very best.

The problem with this album to me is it's a more stripped back and straightforward album but it doesn't really have a identity like it doesn't have the melody of the new one or the density of violent sleep. It just kinda feels like a generic obzen tbh like it sounds kinda bland after jamming the new one and violent sleep alot lately

Oh my god it has so much identity. Don't understand that even in the slightest. And this is nothing like obZen to me. Way catchier and the individual tracks have way more diversity than those on obZen or TVSOR. I'd say this is one of their most diverse albums.

Your right it is the most diverse probably. I still feel like it lacks in atmosphere while being a bit to straightforward on top of it. It really does to my ears at least. It's a good-great album tho. Behind the sun, swarm, demiurge, I am colossus, do not look down, marrow etc. Sun is one of my fav meshuggah tracks.
