this is well played and melodic and stuff and it riffs at times
i certainly prefer it to all the old metallica & megadeth stuff
but I dunno it's not repellent enough, too tidy
feels a bit like CIA metal
it makes me wanna switch over to a Voivod record every time

I dunno man, thrash isn't my thing at all. I'm not even big into metal. But this album is phenomenal. I can't get into the vox as much as everyone else, which is why I have it at a 4. But lyrically and instrumentally, this thing slays.

Hands down the most enjoyable lyrics/concept I've read in a really long time.. probably since MAYH or Still Life. If anyone has checked this album out and skipped over the lyrics, they are missing out.
