I like a heavy Automn more than winter. Not a big fan of snow, prefer heavy, fucked up rainstorms.

yeah. Winter is great if you live in Norway or Finland and you put on corpsepaint and burn churches amidst the forest.

so much more intense. Listening to heavy music just doesn't have the same feel when its a beautiful day out.

Summer is eree too. And I'm not talking about summer on the beach with kids playing around, spilling ice cream everywhere, club music and guys playing with frisbees and rackets. I'm talking about summer in a hot, quiet day at a lonely beach, with one or two friends and pure nostalgia all around. Damn you Steven Wilson, you've ruined me.

Been loving the summer jams this summer. I can see it being my favourite season for season-influenced jamming this year.

Yeah, Autumn and Winter are my favorite seasons too, it's a great time to catch up on a lot of very good music.

Once, my favourite period for searching new bands would be during the final exmas. Would definitely find up to 3-4 new bands I would enjoy, and that with the help only of youtube. No sputnik back then. One god knows how I managed to pass without any problems.
Now I'd say a great period of the year for albums is either the end of summer (September - early October) or the end of the year (December)

When exams are coming, I barely have time to listen to new music, or even music at all.

I always listen to music when studying. It helps me isolate. The best is when I want to be completely
focused on what I study. I put on some big headphones, put on an album playin' and stop for a break when
it stops. The avarage album is approx. 40 to 50 minutes, so I take a 10 minute break then and start
again with another album.

Just to clarify, this isn't what I was talking about at all. I was referring to music that relates to or sounds best during specific seasons. Summery and wintry sounding music etc.

I'm honestly not sure how anyone could give this anything less than a 4.5.
