Same here dude. Usually I'll get tired of jamming a new album after a couple weeks but these songs are still CONSTANTLY in my rotation and not growing old.



In fact they sound fresher and fresher with every listen. No idea how this band does it.

There's nothing bad about this album and a lot to like, but it is kinda bland due to how obvious the influences are. I'll sit with this, I don't wanna dump on it but I'm just kinda eh right now

I don't really get the "redundancy" argument. Yeah, it wears its influences on its sleeve, but its also a damn good record.

Original=/=good

Yeah but like there's being influenced by and there's "hey this song sounds like this song."

Like Hail the Sun is influenced by The Fall of Troy, but they also at one point were blatantly stealing their riffs too. But eventually they grew out of doing that. It's kinda like that, it is still good but it's a bit too close to the original source. I'd like them to develop into something a bit more unique.

But again, I gotta sit with this longer.
