the emotional stuff feels less profound that it's trying to be, i guess, too.

The tecnical aspect of it is great, tho. Good musicians all around. But I can't help but feel it's a little shallow. The awful singing doesn't help.

Only album so far that I can see finishing remotely close to the top of a “decade best” album for me is VOLCANIC BIRD ENEMY but my dudes we have like eight years to go so let’s cool it with the superlatives.
