Elegy is great, i'm a sucker for orchestration

elegy is great but it def took the longest to win me over, just bc i initially felt it was weirdly placed in the tracklist kinda takes you out of the flow. the orchestration is phenomenal tho didn't think they'd be so good at it

I just realised the coulours on the cover represent all the albums before it.
Purple = TTTS
Green = CD
Yellow = AFFoC
Dark Blue = TM
Light Blue = TS
Idk whether or not I'm reading too much into it, but I feel like this is intentional since this is supposed to be "definitive shikari" and the music features several hints and easter eggs to older material

That's a good shout but I always saw AFFOC as red and TTTS as purple? Dunno about that

ive seen that somewhere yeani think i saw ttts as yellow and flash flood as purple but purple honestly doesnt make sense for either

True, I feel the same way. However yellow does work for AFFoC imo, there is quite a lot of it on its cover.
I always saw TTTS as brown that colour would have been out of place imo. There are some veeery subtle purple elements.
But yea, it's probably a bit of a stretch. Like the idea though

T.I.N.A might be the best song on here

I'm getting tons of shit for this, but if they replaced the Waltzs' parts or 'the pressure's on' with different songs or maybe just added one or two more songs, the album would feel more substantial between all it's interludes. Not that the Waltzs' parts are bad, i quite like them. Just as the idea for a more well-structured album concept.

So when is Enter Shikari going to be sued by Ubisoft for nicking the inspiration for this album title from Assassin's Creed?

pressure's on fits really well where it is but the first waltz definitely felt jarring the first time i heard it. i like the second more but i kinda wish it was just a track of that sort of ambient fade before they reprise the first one at the end. probably would be what i'd cut here if anything but i still like both

I don't know if this is a joke @veninblazer but the album's title is taken from a 2014 book: Nothing Is True and Everything Is Possible: The Surreal Heart of the New Russia by Peter Pomerantsev
