I will never understand why angles and come down machine are so underappreciated. If you were going to hate on a strokes album, it should be first impressions of Earth.

The adults are talking is the only really good song here. Even that is just an early era b side with a couple studio instrumentals and a falsetto section and is still 2 minutes too long. I'm glad people seem to think this is some sort of master stroke, but I don't hear it.

None of their albums are bad imo, this just has so much more cohesion to it than Angles and CM

I enjoy angles and comedown alot, just to clarify even though they are dead last. My problem with this album in particular is Bad Decisions, I dont know why but I just cant stand it

ROF is their 2nd best. It has their highest highs but it also falls off.
Is this it is just fantastic to listen front to back. It's a better album. ROF has the best songs or singles or whatever.
