It’s confrontational and noisy, musically I mean. Sure, this satisfies the narrative I suppose and is therefore thematically fitting, but it doesn’t sound good to my ears. I didn’t stay the course, so will revisit when I’m more in the mood for tackling it. The less grating sections I’ve heard weren’t particularly interesting either.
