I like how much more organic Courtney sounds here, the male backing vocals (I think I'm hearing that at least) are a nice touch. Not that sure about the music itself, a bit difficult to judge upon first listen.

I don't think there are any male backing vocals here, where are you hearing them? They did start adding them very sporadically after Josh joined

I revisited the singles after this ep and Rule of Nines still bores me to death. On the other hand, I started appreciating Blessed Be, it's quite beautiful. I still wish they would release something on the level of Belcarra.
