I am so indifferent towards Silent Lucidity. I can’t if it’s actual distaste for the song or if it’s because it’s so overplayed. Probably my least played song off this record.

Hand on heart has a great pre-chorus, but I can deal without most of it.

Silent Lucidity is a song I basically never listen to - but I DO think its one of the few songs in popular history that I feel comfortable describing as magical. There's just something truly special about it, kind of the way Pumpkins' Tonight Tonight is.

Love the solo section in One and Only, it's so elegant and the 2:55~3:20 bit sounds like you're sailing through waves

The 3.9 here is a big oof. Personally I think its 4.1-4.2 territory.

It's so catchy it's incredible. People were probably salty, because they thought Ryche was selling out, but man. If all sellout albums had this quality ... also PL was proof they weren't selling out

Although this is considered their 'sellout' album, it's still so much more complex than radio singles are concerned. Outside of Silent Lucidity, these songs weren't mainstream. Their style isn't compromised either. I want to say the average song length is also almost 6 minutes.

It's their longest record to date, except for the special edition of DtC

If this album isn't automatically in the top 3 of your Queensryche rankings you aren't a true fan HARUMPH

Yeah it's in mine, but to be fair, the first 6 including the ep all go hard in their own ways

Scorpions and Queensryche? That's one HELL of a combination.
