Oh so it has to do with vocal delivery? I take it then that if Frankie decided to sing these words instead of screaming them, this would be far more "whiny" anyhow, I've heard his cleans on Felony and he has a slightly deeper version of that same timbre with his cleans.

frankie's vocals are pretty varied on felony, and the singing is a lot more nu-metal than pop punk, in contrast to the underage rapecore you bump

Have you even heard Don't Be One? that's textbook "whiny" delivery if you lighten the tone up a bit. Probably why that's one of the only tolerable songs on Felony.
