Always wonder how many people started learning German because of them. Till's lyrics are great, especially on their first few albums, however really hard to translate correctly. So much wordplay, so much innuendo. I guess to really get some you have to be a native speaker.

Personally I find music to be one of the more fun and memorable ways to learn. Nothing more enjoyable than singing along in a foreign language and understanding it imo.

German bands are a lot easier to sing along too as well. When it comes to Japanese bands, say, like DIR EN GREY, it's a nightmare trying to sing along sometimes haha.
