i dont mean to be a dick about that statement, i just find it funny esp since ALLB has admitted that essentially, a lot of Conversation Piece was written just because it was fun to play. i guess that kinda constitutes wanking, and the latter half of that record def feels that way to me

@Omaha I dunno I mean the longest song ALLB have done is 7 minutes long and doesn't have any particularly over-the-top instrumental sections
whereas Volta have countless 11-minute songs with unnecessary wank sections in the middle
